Sophia Zheng

Sihui (Sophia) Zheng is a second-year graduate student at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, pursuing a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in International Finance and Economic Policy and a specialization in Leadership, Innovation, and Design. Through several consulting and strategy-focused roles, she has developed expertise in market entry, product launches, and growth strategy across the consumer, retail, and payment systems sectors. Sophia also follows entrepreneurship and venture capital trends, which broaden her perspective on market dynamics. She hopes to apply her analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills to make meaningful contributions to the consulting field and to CGCC. Outside of academics, Sophia enjoys hiking, cooking Chinese cuisine, watching movies, listening to rock music, and spending time with cats. Her favorite band is Pink Floyd, and her favorite season is autumn, when she loves taking long walks accompanied by post-rock music.
